This research has two objectives. They are to 1) study the factors of managerial skills; and 2) and analyze causal factors influencing visionary leadership of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Pathum Thani province. The population in this research was 220 samples of small and medium-sized business (SME) entrepreneurs in Pathum Thani province.  The instrument is a questionnaire with an IOC value of 0.86 and a confidence value of 0.961. Data analysis uses statistical techniques to analyze structural equation models. Percentage, average, standard deviation the results of the study showed that 1) the management skills factor is at a high level, the creative factor is moderate and 2) causal factors influencing visionary leadership among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Pathum Thani province. Based on (1) Chi-square probability level: CMIN-p = .060, (2) relative chi-square: CMIN/df = 1.347, (3) goodness of fit index: GFI = .983, and (4) root mean square error of approximation: RMSEA = .011.
