The aims research to demonstrate the relative importance of time deposits in bank credit coverage, analyze the relationship between time deposits and bank credit coverage and encourage banks to provide attractive returns for time deposits and educate customers about the importance of time deposits in financing bank credit and provides a better understanding of the role of time deposits in financing bank credit and improving the ability of banks To overcome the current economic and financial challenges, and the research found the ineffectiveness of banks in attracting deposits. Deposits according to their share of the output and the weakness of changing the tendency towards deposit, all of which affects the economy, where the researcher relied on the descriptive analytical method to know the nature of the relationship between time bank deposits and bank credit. Which exceeded (80%), while savings deposits ranked second with a rate of (13%), and time deposits came last in terms of relative importance, with a rate of (7%).
