Abstract

The White Castle  is a novel by the renowned Turkish author  Orhan Pamuk, originally written in Turkish under the title  Beyaz Kale and first published in 1985. It was later translated into English The White Castle. A subsequent Urdu translation, titled  "سفید قلعہ", was published from Karachi. The novel consists of   eleven chapters , each weaving together threads of history, science, identity, and cultural introspection.In this article we overview ot the  story of white castle.
