Background: In Vision 2030, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was concerned with legislative sustainability for the sake of economic and financial development, so in Vision 2030 it sought to issue the Civil Transactions System in 2023 AD while approving the implementation of the Convention on the International Sale of Goods in 2024 AD. The study aimed to identify the legal rules of the Convention on the International Sale of Goods and its application controls in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, especially with the updated rules for the sales contract in the transaction system.Methods: The study used the descriptive analytical survey method to track and analyze the Convention on the International Sale of Goods.Results and Conclusions: The results of the study showed that there are legal challenges in implementing the Convention, the most important of which is the drafting of international sales contracts and the legal gaps related to the event of a conflict with the Civil Transactions System 2023.
