Kurdish Studies journal is an interdisciplinary and peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing high quality research and scholarship. Kurdish Studies journal publishes research, scholarship and debates in the field of Kurdish studies in a multidisciplinary fashion covering a wide range of topics including, but not limited to Computer Science/IT, economics, history, society, gender, minorities, politics, health, law, environment, language, media, culture, arts, and education.
Kurdish Studies offers a universally accessible venue where sound scholarship and research, as well as reviews and debates, are disseminated. The journal establishes a genuine forum for serious discussion and exchange within the Kurdish Studies community, reaching out to a broad audience of students, professionals, policy makers and enthusiasts alike. Kurdish Studies aims to maintain a fair balance between theoretical analyses and empirical studies. Critical and novel approaches and methods are particularly welcome.

Retraction Fees:
Authors are responsible for covering the associated costs if a manuscript needs to be retracted.
Retraction fees are incurred for addressing errors, inaccuracies, or ethical concerns after publication.
The fee for retraction amounts to $600 and can be paid by the author or their affiliated institution.
Correction Fees:
Charges for corrections apply to minor changes in published articles that do not necessitate retraction.
Authors are responsible for correction fees related to typographical errors or minor inaccuracies post-publication.

Payment Procedure:
Authors will be notified of any charges when the need for retraction or correction arises.
Payment must be made within 30 days from the notification for the process to proceed.
Accepted payment methods include PayPal, MoneyGram, bank transfer, Western Union, or Ria Money Transfer.
Waiver Consideration:
Requests for waivers of retraction or correction charges are not open to negotiation.
Authors must provide a detailed explanation for waiver requests, which will be subject to approval by the editorial board.
Refund Policy:
Retraction or correction charges are non-refundable once the process has commenced.
Exceptions may be considered for refund requests, pending approval by the editorial board.
Upon manuscript submission, authors acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of the retraction and correction charges outlined in this policy.
