Abstract

This study analyzes fuzzy data and its mathematical models, highlighting their vital role in managing uncertainty across various domains. Employing a quantitative research design, the research assesses key theories and methodologies related to fuzzy data, evaluating the effectiveness of models such as fuzzy logic systems, clustering algorithms, and regression models. While these models provide valuable insights, they also face limitations related to data quality, model scope, and computational demands. The findings emphasize the need for careful model selection and validation for real-world applicability and stress the importance of exploring advanced mathematical approaches alongside ethical considerations in real-world data usage. This research enhances the understanding of fuzzy data analysis, paving the way for future studies aimed at improving model robustness and expanding applications in diverse fields, ultimately informing decision-making processes in uncertain environments.
