Present paper is based on the ongoing war between Iran with Israel and USA. The war has greatly affected world putting into the energy crisis. The Strait of Hormuz is important global maritime chokepoint through which 20% of the world’s oil and gas passes. The Strait of Hormuz is 33-39km wide narrowest point about 167 kilometers connects Persian Gulf with Gulf of Oman and the Arabian Sea. Iran has control over it. Raising tension between Iran and Israel sharply disrupting the ships communication. Iran is not allowing energy carrying ships to pass through the Strait of Hormuz. The effects of restriction in passing ships through this strait causing increase in crude oil price simultaneously shortage of crude oil and cooking gas around the globe and it has created energy crisis for the world. Many countries especially Asian counties like Pakisthan, Bangladesh and Srilanka has put restrictions on opening its government offices, Schools, Colleges and restriction on running government vehicle etc., people are standing in huge queue to collect cooking gas especially in Asian countries. Perhaps the war is between the three countries but the effect of the war can be seen all over the world in term of economy and energy crisis. In this discussion I tried to focused on the most probable and prominent reasons behind the ongoing war and its effects.
