Through the use of problem-based learning and blended learning, the purpose of this study is to improve students' program-ming abilities. For the quantitative portion of the investigation, a pre-test and post-test quasi-experimental design with a control group were used. One hundred college students participated in each of the study groups. Blended learning is a tech-nique that blends traditional classroom instruction with the syntax of problem-based learning as well as internet learning. This approach was used in the experimental group. Teams platform was used during the live online class sessions. The stand-ard lecture approaches were used as usual in the group that did not receive any intervention. The Learning Achievement Test was used here as a device for the collecting of data. According to the data, there was an impact therapy on the accomplish-ments of the students. This technique not only organizes but also frees up time in the classroom.
