Abstract

Using information system sustenance and business process orientation as moderators, the study observes the connection among analytical services in the plan, source, make, and deliver area of the supply chain and its performance. A sample of 305 businesses from various companies in Jordan is used in structural equation modelling. The outcomes point to a statistically important correlation among performance and analytical prowess. Support for information systems has a far stronger moderating impact than business process orientation. The conclusions offer a clearer picture of the domains in which business analytics may have the most impact.
